I chose this location primarily due to so many favorable online reviews. I made my reservation online and promptly received a call from Jesmarie. When I went in to view the unit and (electronically) sign my contract, the whole experience was positive. When Jesmarie took me to view the unit, I remember thinking this is the cleanest storage space I've ever seen. This is the first storage unit that I've ever rented and I've been very pleased with my decision. The units are very clean and secure, and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Overall, I've been having a great experience!

The friendliness of the office staff has been the only positive experience with this business. The constant increase in rent is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that it is month-to-month rentals, but in today's economy to have the audacity to double rent borders on criminal. But my biggest problem is the fact that there have been no working elevators for at least a month. Our unit is on the third floor. not everything that I have can be brought down via stairs. *** Wesley Chapel Location *** Raised my rental price after 3 months of storage by $100 - Rented online and was NEVER informed that the rate I was given was "promotional". Received a 30 day notice (which is referenced in the contract), but it is completely misleading to give customers a rate that is not specified as "promotional" - only to defend the raise by saying it was. Horrible customer service! I had a reservation with Life Storage to begin tomorrow. I received a call TODAY telling me my reservation would NO LONGER be honored as Life Storage has now been bought out. How do you NOT allow previous reservations to be upheld when people are coming from out of town tomorrow to move?!? There was no empathy or support for another alternative, just sorry and you have to call extra space to make a new reservation. I REFUSE to support a company who obviously does not care about retaining customers.
