The online reservation was easy, informative and quick. Everything I needed to arrive, key in, locate and access my storage unit was a breeze. The staff member I spoke to on my "move-in" date was super friendly and committed to make sure that I was all set. Questions I had on my "move-in" date and two days after, were met by helpful and friendly staff. Good Job.

Extra space storage is excellent! Kim and staff are very informative and are there to assist for anything that you need! I'm looking forward to trusting my belongings to extra space storage and using them quite frequently in the future.
After storing here for 3 months my rate was raised by about 40%. I contacted someone at the help desk online and they essentially told me "Too bad." Then AFTER I moved everything out of my unit, the woman at the front desk (who was very professional and nice) said she could adjust the rate for me. I told her I had already moved everything out and secured a MUCH more reasonably priced unit elsewhere so it was too late. I stored many of my personal items in my 5 x 10 storage at Extra Space in Tampa. It was always clean and available to me and safe and I never felt security was a problem. Those are all very nice things to say and feel. Clean, Safe, Secure & Available. Thank you very much. James Gatza
