I needed a space for storage over a summer and they had the perfect size for a great price! I had help from an employee named Zach and he was extremely helpful and nice. He showed me step by step everything I needed to know and see, he took me to the space to see where it was at, literally everything to answer all my unthought of questions! Overall my experience with here is beyond great and I'm very happy with the service, expense, and quality!

Just rented a united from them this month. Very clean units and secure lot. Very helpful and professional staff. I only wish they had 24.hrs access. No major complaints would recommend.

I was happy with the unit. Then when I moved out in June 2020, I have been trying to get my 1 month refund and as of yet I am still waiting. When I call to find out what is going on no one will answer the phone or return my calls. I was told that it was mailed and after they checked it out found out that they never did send a check. I would not reamend this place to anyone now!!! I would not give you any stars but since I have to it will be 1.

If you guys planning to pay by setting your card on auto payment. Make sure you DON'T do that. Because there are going to charge your card until you die. No matter what! Their excuse will be "sorry, we don't do refund"... They don't follow up with customers! They don't do refund! If you owe them they'll find a way to get the money, but if they owe you then forget about it!!! I am giving the one star only because the unit was clean and safe.
