I have been shopping around for an affordable storage unit that isn't far away from me. Glen was very know knowledgable and was able to provide me answers to all questions that I had and made me feel like I may have found the facility I want to rent from.

This storage unit establishment off foothills has been hassle free and easy to work with. Costumer service online and in person is easy to work with and pricing is not to bad. These spaces have sufficed the amount of things I needed to put in storage. Thank you Glenn!

I found the manager of this Extra Space Storage - Oxford, MA - Leslie M. to be a very friendly and helpful person. Not only on the day I moved in, but every time I'm there - if she sees me, she waves . . . always says Hello if she passes by me. The same goes for the other employee, whose name I do not know. Highly recommend this facility.

Found my storage. It was on the other side in a building. I was not given a map to my unit. The unit is clean and spacious. For the cost it's a great storage for seasonal totes.

My wife has a storage space here and with a new child just arrived I need to move all of my unnecessary stuff to storage and eventually sell. I went in so I wouldn't have to try to imagine what size I needed. I was helped by Glen, the Site Manager, and he was pleasant and helpful. He honored the web price for a decent size unit that looks maintained. So far I'm happy with the service and the unit.

I have been a customer with Extra Space Storage. I prefer to use this company over other storage places. The Manager Glenn and his staff are very professional and friendly. I must say this location on Foothills Blvd has gotten cleaned up . Thank you for caring about your customers.

I'm moving and I have extra items that I needed to store. I found Extra Space storage and made a reservation on a unit. Came in the next day and spoke to Glen and he was nice guy and walked me around to show me what I had reserved. Glen was very helpful and set me up in a space.

After reserving a unit on Foothills, in Roseville what should have been a simple transaction became a very complicated one! Thankfully after two days of back and forth I was lucky to have Mitchell ( hope it's the correct spelling) help me today! And let me tell you, he saved the day! After a few minutes of listening to what had happened he was able to find a solution to my problem, and was able to get me a better unit at an even better price!
