After reserving a unit on Foothills, in Roseville what should have been a simple transaction became a very complicated one! Thankfully after two days of back and forth I was lucky to have Mitchell ( hope it's the correct spelling) help me today! And let me tell you, he saved the day! After a few minutes of listening to what had happened he was able to find a solution to my problem, and was able to get me a better unit at an even better price! Customer service is excellent. I rented a space the day I bought a trailer. Good pricing for a long term rental space. I wish the spaces were a bit wider. I only have about a foot or so on each side of my trailer which makes backing in a bit of a challenge. By the railroad tracks, so the area is a bit run down, but seems safe in the lot.

They did a fantastic job went above and beyond what I would've normally expected from a company. helped me with finding solutions for hauling out all my leftover unwanted furniture really made it easy and a pleasure.

I'm finally getting around to this review. But it's worth the wait. Overall I had a very good experience with this Extra Space Storage facility. Before I moved to Roseville from the Bay Area I checked out many storage facilities and this one met all my requirements. I was able to easily reserve my space well before the move. A great deal was going on so I took advantage of it. It was for 3 months and the first month was free. Granted you are required to purchase insurance and a lock but still a good deal. Response to Manager's Public Reply, I appreciate the response, but I will not be calling the number provided because it leads directly back to the same on-site manager who has been the source of the ongoing harassment. We have had this storage unit for about a year and when we went today we were horrified. There was rat poop and even dead rats in our unit. We immediately called the person onsite, who came to look but they admitted there was nothing they could do beyond offering a customer protection plan. Six of our boxes and bags were destroyed by rats. We are absolutely disgusted and upset that our belongings were ruined like this. Had the storage unit for a few months and then they decided to double my rate. I understand it can fluctuate a little but double is crazy!
