Super super helpful and attentive to care! Ray and Quentin thank you so much for all your help on our visit today! We had some trouble with the elevator but Quentin was super helpful getting us to use the elevator!

I would definitely say this storage space has the best customer service of all the spaces I've used. There are always at least two staff members on property and they are quick to assist with anything I need or any questions I have. Rae is especially helpful! I've forgotten my key in the past and also has a broken key, and she is always kind, communicative and helps me out immediately. It's also very easy to access the units here. Would definitely recommend!

I'd like to say I went into to this facility today a bit distraught from the day I've been having and I spoke with Jasmine she provided such exceptional service while putting my mind at ease. Jasmine also took the time and provided me with a full breakdown of my charges which I greatly appreciated. Sheldon has been such a big help with helping me out with my storage chaos from the elevators to assisting with upgrading my unit and answering all my questions. The prices are decent. Overall it has been a great experience.
