Great customer service they called me with my storage it was left unlocked without my knowledge to let me know that it was not locked so I quickly came back and secured my unit with the help of the general manager of the store on 55th and western thank you very much for your service
Andrew was nice he helped me get the storage size I needed to store all of my belongings.The office and storage area was super clean.The part I was not happy with is that you can't load your belongings from the outside loading dock you have to take your stuff threw a smaller door then walk to the elevator.but they have a lot of carts to make the work easier.
