I was shopping for the cheapest storage and ONLY Extra Space Storage could give me the best deal. The neighborhood is not very appealing nor safe, however, they have gated parking, coded access to the facility and video cameras on every floor, including main entrance. They have only one elevator, but it's HUGE and you can load/unload your stuff only in one attempt. Also, they have roller carts that you can use any time. Im going trew it ....i went to pay my storage i have been renting for 3 years they couldnt find me in the system .the Inglewood across the casino sold my 10x20 on auction iwas paying 220 then they raise my rent to 320 this year i tought it was alot but i still stayed w them.ruffly spent morethan 8 grand 4 3 years they didnt even had the heart to inform me message email me they had 2 numbers they could of reach out ...i would of gone payed or pickup my stuff from there storage .i mean if i spent that much its obious i ... read more

Nori isn't a good GM let's start there and how he didn't provide me with ample explanation of ESS policies. Furthermore he didn't alert me that at move out date you have a certain amount of time to claim items before another month of service is charged; hints my bill was more than 97$ projected online even with 11-30 dollar insurance, he did not explain that I didn't need to keep the insurance and my bill will be lowered he didn't offer a vacate for a less amount than the bill projected he basically bullied me into letting m... read more

Awful, no one was there! So we could not move​ in! We had prepaid! ​I had paid for a truck and several hours of two movers that moved my stuff from my house to the storage facility. With no one there I could not gain access no one answered the phone left a message no one called me back.... I hope they give me a refund I had to find a different storage facility since I already had paid for the truck and paid for the movers. This place put me in a way smaller unit even though I explained to them the size I needed. Once we arrived they wouldn't let us use the freight elevator because they said it wasn't being utilized at the time even though I had a huge couch and two large chairs to go up five floors. They preferred me to squeeze my furniture in a very narrow doorway and down the hallway on a dolly rather than use the freight elevator that was right in front of our vehicle. 3rd time the elevator has been broken. I shouldn't have to keep my things outside on my lawn because I can't access my storage unit! This is total BS! I've asked about crediting my account but my request are denied. But expect me to pay? Once the elevator is fixed I'm taking my things out of this building.

If I could give less than one star I would. My girlfriend and I have been renting at this place since February of last year. When I started renting there it was a different company and I was very happy. The people that worked there actually cared about my business and I was happy to give them my money, as happy as anyone can be giving someone their hard earned money at least.
