I have used several other storage facilities in Phoenix, and none of them compare to the excellent service I received at this location! Troy was helpful, pleasant, and prompt - I had my entire setup complete in about 5 minutes with a great rate!! You really will not fund a better deal for storage!!!
I love working with the Extra Space Storage facility at 19th Ave and Peoria I've worked with Selina a few times and she has been great to work with I appreciate the great customer service at this location

This was my first time renting a storage unit. Rob was friendly and helpful. If I ever need another storage unit in Phoenix, I will return to this place.
Great prices for the amount of space. Reservations was super easy on line. Brianna was working the front desk. She was amazing, tons of fun. Great customer service. She makes all the difference!

Went in this weekend to rent a storage for the very first time . I believe the guy that helped me was Chance but he was super friendly, showed me the storage before any paperwork was done. The actual paperwork process probably took like 2 minutes. It was super fast and pain less. He definitely went over everything and never rushed the process.
