Fantastic place. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I got a great price and my space is easy to get to and even has a light. Highly recommend.

The folks here are extremely polite and professional. They handled our business in a very priority type of manner. They were thorough in helping me understand the terms and conditions of my lease. This is an absolutely horrible storage facility with shady business practices! My daughter rented a storage unit for her apartment furnishings over the summer, and when we returned for the fall semester, her ENTIRE unit was infested with rats and insects. There were droppings and urine stains everywhere, and the smell was horrid enough to gag a hippopotamus. There was nearly $2,000 worth of damage from all the rat urine and droppings. Office person informational and helpful. Broke everything down for me, even the things the people didn't break down over the phone. Such as the monthly rate increase after 3-5 months. Definitely check online for rates first then call to check out the storage in person. It's super quick and gives you a good idea of how much space is best for you. The location off 19th Ave and Peoria has rats. I was not told that they have rats upon moving the belonging to non-profit into one of the units. However, when I went to move things to an storage facility with air condition I found this to be the case. My non profit goes out 2-3x a year to feed the homeless. So we store clothing, shoes, , blankets, hygiene products, etc in the storage.
