Clean place to store my belongings very helpful in the office, I do not remember the store managers name I am sorry. But she went out of her way to assure I knew where to go and helped make sure my code worked on the door. Definitely recommend for others to stop by and grab what you can as they seem to be filling up quickly. I waited while the manager helped two others before me and assured we all were aware she knew we would be taken care of. I am sorry for not knowing your name but thank you in the office today!!!

Great service. You can ship to the storage unit if you're willing to sign a hold-harmless agreement. Too bad they don't let you provide your own lock bec of the way the door is designed.
Great customer experience. Fred was super helpful. It's nice that they receive and store shipments for you if you sign the Hold Harmless agreement.

I rated facility a 5 because area outside, hallways and units clean. Storage and hallways kept at a constant temperature. Locker doors and locks easy to open. Able to enter storage anytime with keypad. Usually plenty of carts available for use. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jak.
