Extra Space Storage on 51 and I35 was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I was in the process of moving after college and had a two week gap between the end of my lease and my movers/packers coming. I was told to pick a storage unit and would be reimbursed by the moving company. Based on reviews and a friend also using the complex, I chose Extra Space Storage on 51 and I35.
