It was simple and quick. I already had one storage space there, and the customer service person made sure the second one was close to the first and helped choose the most economical option. The availability of the rolling carts is a big plus, as is the fact that no one else was there the entire time we were moving in, so no virus issues to worry about. The space is clean and nice -- perfect for our needs.
The experience was professional and friendly. Check out was fast and informative but most of all the facilities where clean, climate controlled and easy to access.

The team at Extra Storage Space was very helpful and warm. I definitely appreciated their help. I highly recommend utilizing their storage units.
Absolutely horrible experience!!!! They gave us a bad key that wouldn’t open the storage. Promised to replace the lock and gave us a key for the new lock that still does not open the storage! I have now wasted the entire day trying to figure out how to open the storage for my urgent matter while they have produced no solution. Won’t be using this space again in the future.

The storage facility is clean and easy to access. However, there were not enough carts (two for whole facility) so it was not easy to transfer belonging in and out of facility- there was also only one elevator. The most disappointing thing is they will not do a lease if you plan to store for several months- and that allows them to raise rates frequently. I would not recommend them because it quickly becomes unaffordable to store there.
