Your local customer service is excellent. Everything other than your local customer service is horrible. Thing such as arbitrary rate increases. Profit is understandable, greed is not.

All around best storage experience I’ve had in my life. I’ve moved over a dozen times in the last 20 years. These folks set the bar high.
We looked into public storage and they tried hit us with a ton of hidden fees, so I decided to shop around & came across this place, they were extremely helpful & very upfront about everything. The amount of space you get is far better than public storage, and the people are nicer! I’d recommend going here any time.
