Walked into the office on 8th street and met with the manager Ms. Kiesha Bagby. She was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and answered all of my questions concerning storage. Micah at Extra Space Storage is really great! He helped me a lot with my storage needs and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Very responsive and helpful. Ian helped us with check-in and quickly changed our unit when we needed more space.
The young man who helped me was excellent. I believe his name was Brandon. He didn't miss a beat. The facility was clean as was the unit. Priced just right. Once again, thank you to the young man who helped me.

The unit was clean, the staff is nice.. but my rate went up $100/month by the end of the 14 months I was there. We have vacated the unit now and went to another facility. I get an increase, but by that much? Not worth it when there are other options nearby.
