RecommendedGreat staff. From the time I called to arrange for a unit till I actually checked in and met the onsite manager, there were no issues. Very friendly and courteous. They had the size unit that I needed and it had been nicely cleaned.

They illegally auction off my storage due to a typo Joanne gain the manager at this southpoint location email me the wrong due date and all she can tell me is that she’s sorry it was a typo …. $20,000k TYPO I immediately had a panic attack!!!! 20k of my NEW salon equipment is now gone and they won’t do anything about it. While Extra is safe, clean, has elevators and flats for ease of moving they raise their rates after four months and state that it’s a market adjustment. $10 or $20 is a market adjustment, $100 increase for a 10x15 unit is highway robbery!

Nearly a $50 rate hike less than 4 months of getting the unit. Absolutely ridiculous!
