Awesome and friendly customer service from Jennifer and Alana who helped me with my service. All of my items couldn't fit in my current storage unit and they helped me by adding an additional storage that didn't hurt my pockets too much.
We arrived in Las Vegas after a boating vacation with our boat in tow. We needed a safe location to store it for the winter but still have access to it for occasional weather permitting trips to area lakes. We thought we had a place lined up but it fell through. With one phone call and short notice we were able to get a suitable space at Extra Space Storage on Ann Rd. I appreciate the initiative that Aaron showed by offering to see if he could get me a discount on the rate increase that was applied to my storage space monthly fee. I received a call from Mathew a couple of days later letting me know that Aaron was successful in getting me a rate decrease by taking to upper management which was delightful to hear. This place was so easy to reserve and the unit is nice and clean. The office even waited for me to get off work even though they closed at 6 I got there at 5:45 and he took his time helping me and taking me for a tour. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Great experience!!!!! Thank you!!!!
