Everyone that I encountered were extremely helpful & courteous! From the time I entered to inquire, I was treated with professionalism.
Extra Space storage has worked out great for us we were able to get a unit large enough to store everything with no hassle. There was no problems what so ever with our reservation and the whole process went very smooth. From the lady on the phone who reserved our unit to the guy who helped us when we arrived were very professional and polite I would recommend Extra Space storage to anyone! Sincerely Linda S

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Everything my daughter and her husband owns was stolen from the storage unit on Ann Rd in Las Vegas and nobody has done a thing about it. Their furniture, personal items, wedding gifts ALL GONE!! We filed a police report, cops don’t care, the manager has no answers as to how the people got in after hours. Sounds like someone is covering up what really happened. I hope other people see this so they know to never store their things here.
