If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Chris M. Made us feel super confident and safe for our first time renting. The place looked super clean and he explained everything thoroughly. I had no 2nd thoughts about renting storage in this location. Customer Service was more than amazing. If you are looking to rent, specially if its your first time, come here.

This is a very convenient and clean climate controlled storage place to store your furnitures, decluttering or moving . I came here to store some friends furniture. It was store for less than a month. As we Got the first month free but have to pay the one time Registration fee. The communication was great. The general representative that signed us on was amazing and then we immediately got a call from The manager of the store location who was also very professional and nice. I've moved a few times in my life and I have to say this storage facility was great. Elba was always helpful and friendly. If I ever need to use a storage unit again, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have to tell you that during these crazy times moving was something that was causing so much stress. Finding a storage space that I felt comfortable with was another issue. This was going to be a place where I was going to keep many of my prized possessions, items that cannot be replaced, things that have deep sentimental value. I had a great experience setting up a new lease with Extra Space Storage. Elba was delightful and took good care to explain everything to me. I feel like there is no gray area on my lease contract. I will move my stuff in soon and will send an update, but so far so good.

Well makes ExtraSpace storage at store 1607 on Beltline Coppell so special is Bridgett Hall..the Store manager! Bridgett has helped me with storage units for 3 years now! Check in was easy. Price was incredible. Convenient location with easy access. Very clean. Best of all this is my third storage rental and this unit had a swing open NOT roll up door. So much easier to open and lock. Also you don't have to worry about your items being too close to door so it will not roll down.
