Check-in and move-in was seamless. The person who helped me was polite and informative. Not sure why this place has such low reviews. That being said, I'm a new customer and just dropped off my belongings today. Will update this post if my experience changes.

This is our second Storage Unit in Hoboken. Having used and scoped out others, this is easily the best kept up in Hoboken. Sure, it's very North and a little out of the way, but it's secure and clean. Elba the manager is really thorough in the renting process and Javier, who's also in the office is very accommodating as well. Access hours are great and some of the best in Hoboken. 7 days a week from 6am-10pm is hard to beat. Compared to other storage facilities, this location feels clean and secure, and felt like a decent buy. But monthly RATES GO UP, UP, UP. I shopped for the best deal comparing only starting prices. But my rate has gone up $10 every six months. I guess that is the business model. They count on you being too lazy to move your stuff again to get the rate down. Very frustrating. I'll be moving at the end of the month as a result.

When it comes to renting storage space this is a first class place. I made my reservation without a glitch and was promptly contacted by an employee to confirm my move-in date. Upon arrival, the day of the moving, I was taken care of by Elba Rosario who is a very kind, professional and thoughtful manager. I am very happy doing business with this company.

Great experience with this storage facility. I kept my stuff here for a few months while I was moving between apartments. Very clean, temperature controlled, easy access, and friendly staff. Chris was especially helpful and made opening and closing my account with them a breeze.

The building is clean and well lit, the temperature control has always been good. We down-sized our storage unit today after a few months in a larger unit we didn't need. Chris was extremely helpful in the transition, so far so good.

I wish I did not have to write this review, but prospective customers should know what they may be getting into, so I'll share. I rented a large unit after a move to store furniture from my former place. My rate was nearly doubled in the first six months which of course felt like a scam because it is one. After dwindling down the belongings of that bigger storage unit, I had so little things that I wanted to switch to a smaller unit in the same facility. This place is a scam. They increase rates every three months, it's disgusting. Purely taking advantage of people.

Price increases are ridiculous. Not OK July 2022= $142 Aug 2022=$181 Sep 2023 =$227 The facility is fine but its a catch-and-capture pricing strategy.
