I went in to pay on my daughters storage today and the manager there was so pleasant and very helpful. She went above and beyond her duty to make sure my daughters storage was taken care of and did not go into auction. She showed empathy and care and I appreciate her for that’s given the circumstances that my child is in right now. Thank you so much
