Extremely helpful employee, extremely reasonable pricing compared to the competition. And a very clean facility. Also the most available time in the unit 6 AM to 10 PM I believe. Most other places get you out by 8 PM so I like the availability as well. Overall job well done by extra space. And Erica in the Coram facility

This is my fourth time renting from Extra Space. There prices are very competitive in relation to other facilities in the area and cheaper over time. The staff is always respectful and friendly as they guide you through the process to make sure the unit you get is the right size for your needs.I have never felt like I was being "up Sold" to a larger unit that I did not need, or sold insurance that was greater than the actual value of the house hold goods that I was/am storing.
