Steve, Erika, and Jim are very nice and helpful people. This is my second time needing a storage unit and I went right back to Extra Space Storage to see the same kind people, and clean facility.

I absolutely would not recommend this facility to anyone. I joined this facility because they appeared to be the cheapest . After about 3 months, the price for the unit I was renting went up about $40. It was not until about a week ago after speaking with the manager of the facility, Dennis that I was made aware that the rent increases twice - once after 3 months, and another time at the end of the year. This company auctioned off our unit without notifying us. We found out that everything we owned was gone 4 days after the auction. The unit was packed top to bottom and when you opened the door you could see a motorcycle, a $3,000 sectional and a $1,000 table saw.
