This is my fourth time renting from Extra Space. There prices are very competitive in relation to other facilities in the area and cheaper over time. The staff is always respectful and friendly as they guide you through the process to make sure the unit you get is the right size for your needs.I have never felt like I was being "up Sold" to a larger unit that I did not need, or sold insurance that was greater than the actual value of the house hold goods that I was/am storing. The customer service is great - everyone I spoke to while deciding to store there were very helpful and considerate, without being pushy. Everything was explained to me about the rules and regulations, and I really feel that my things are safe there. Their fees are very reasonable, and the facility is spotless and well kept. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Very easy move in experience even during the pandemic! So far we are much happier at extra space than we were at our previous storage facility.

I used to work in self-storage for a few years and can say that everyone that works in the Coram location is excellent. All of them were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Signing up was a breeze. They take immaculate care of the property. The outside and inside are both always spotless whenever I go. The lifts make storing on the second floor extremely easy. 10/10.
