Stopped by to inquire about a storage unit. I didn’t know what I wanted but would know it once I saw it. Rosa was very pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions (no matter how silly or how many times I asked). I wasn’t prepared to sign the lease today but having spoken to Rosa. I signed the lease. I recommend and give it 👍🏻👍🏻
I am just back from doing paperwork at extra space storage in Kingstowne. I am very grateful for the time that Titania took to explained everything. Also making suggestions that would make things easier for me. What a great experience!!

The professionalism and courtesy was exemplary. I had an issue with a key that hairball to break in my lock and they were able to cut my old lock off with very short notice and I was able to buy s new lock to replace it. It didn't seem like a big deal but their courtesy and thoughtfulness was right on point!
