lost all my stuff!! I was out of the country and there was an issue with my payment and they made minimal attempts to contact me by phone and no attempts by email and promptly sold all my belongings at auction! Way to quick in my opinion. Really should be last sort after several months of non payment. Not two!!! Plus no apologies or even sympathy, almost smug like, in the explanation. No customer service! RecommendedWell organized, clean heated space - however the month price doubled over the past year with minimal notice. Bring you debit card as billing is automatic on a monthly basis.
