This was the best storage experience I've ever had...and I've had a lot! My big pet peeve is when a storage place gets you to move in with a certain rate and 2-3 months later they up it because they think you won't move. I'll move. This place told me when and how to lock in my rate. Yes, I payed in advance but I was here for 2 years (paying no more than 6 months at a time) but my rate never changed. The facility is clean, secure and well organized. I was helped by a very nice lady, Debbie, who really took the time to listen to my needs and showed me several units. She was patient, informative and kind. It was a great experience because I received personalized service and found the pricing very competitive.
I rented a storage unit for 1 year at the Mexico ave location. I found them to be very helpful.

I've had to store my belongings a few times now during a move with a transitional period. Extra Space has by far been the friendliest and most accommodating company I've stored with. I'm sure each facility and branch varies in friendliness, cleanliness, amenities, etc., but this particular location on Mexico is fantastic. The storage units feel very safe. The nicest/cleanest storage facilities I've seen in Denver, plus the staff are all super helpful. Syriena especially has gone above & beyond to help me with arranging storage units for myself and a few of my family members.
This storage facility is kitchen clean and brand new. The building is quite large for a storage facility and they had several affordable options that I liked. The people there were friendly and informative and helped me take the stress out of moving. Thank you for the good deal!
