Shady af. Slid a nearly 100% rate increase thru my autopay. Yep, almost doubled my bill. Said they send me a letter. Every other communique from them is text or phone. Not even a paper bill! So to send a letter, seems like they didn't want it seen. Glad I caught it when I did, only three months into the scam. I feel unsafe coming here at night. The facility has been told about people living in units and in their cars in the parking lot and has done nothing about it. I have come to my storage unit after office hours close to 10pm and there is the same car in the parking lot and their unit has everything scattered in the hallway blocking access to my unit or any other unit down that Hallway. Slowest elevator in history. When movers are on the clock one can literally see the dollar signs slip into the ether from the pocketbook. Only used for 4 months or so, and the facility is great. Clean. Cavernous. Prices were raised during that time. Seemed expensive for a 10x18 indoor garage. When moving a large amount of items the security measures are bothersome but I understand they are needed. A code to enter the gate. A code to enter the lobby. A code to call the elevator. I have to say it is very clean. That's all I can say. Every time I go there no matter what day or time, there are NEVER any carts. There is no parking really. The last time I was there, there were 2 huge moving trucks taking up the entire parking lot. Someone parked directly behind me and I have to track them down to move so I could leave. They have raised the rates every 6 months!. Beware. There are other storage places with more space, more carts and better customer service.

Great facilities: clean, secure, temp controlled. Hours of access are convenient. Pricing practices are a little shady. Signed up a year ago and my monthly cost has already gone up twice for a total of a 20% increase. For all the good this place offers, that pricing increase is enough to keep me from recommending to anyone.

Unethical business practices: they randomly change your rate by as much as $24 a month and only give you notice via a postcard. Do not work with them.
