Great, great storage facility! The place is extremely clean and well-maintained, with pride evident in the excellent upkeep. The price we got for our unit was very reasonable. Even better, the day we rented it, the employee we spoke with walked us from the office to the unit, demonstrated how to get in and out, and gave us every tip and how-to we'd need navigate the storage space. This rental experience was without a doubt the best we have had in the past few years of renting storage space. The staff (assistant manager Bob M.) was extremely helpful. He showed us several spaces to choose from before making our decision. He was very informative, and made the electronic leasing and payment process a breeze. The units have individual alarms, which is something we have never had offered at other companies. We feel very comfortable storing our goods in their climate controlled spaces.

I would say this was a very affordable storage space. If you're looking for one, definitely check this out. I reserved mine online and they're usually cheaper through this method. Personally, I never had a problem with the price. The employees here were very communicative. If you're planning to cancel your storage, make sure to call the day you want to move out by so they can cancel at a day before you pay for another full month. The only problem that I had was that the second floor was hot. The elevator was cooler.

I just rented from ExtraSpace this weekend and so far, so good. The facility is well equipped with supplies, neat, clean, and the outside storage locker was very clean and even has an overhead light that turns on when the door is opened. Compared to another storage site I have used in the past ExtraSpace looks to be a good choice, and the cost of the space was reasonable.

Just rented a storage unit. After looking at a number of other companies, this was by far the cleanest. They were very helpful in insuring that we understood the details associated with the rental agreement and procedures in getting into the unit. Was very impressed with the security measures in place.

Great customer service, extra clean and secure. There is a rate increase of like $5 but its after youve been there like 6 months. Carol helped me and was very through.

I have been waiting for 30 minutes to just pay my bill and get my stuff outta here. In a Saturday afternoon they have ONE person working in here. So glad im takin this stuff out! Instead of using a storage jus clean that stuff out.

The space is what they say. What they don't tell you is they raise the rental significantly each year. Soon it's like renting a small apartment. Make sure everything is in writing. We've starting researching less expensive space and plan on moving our stuff in the next couple of months.
