Be careful -- bait and switch -- they also raise your monthly fee the instant they are able to. A lot of what you are told is verbal and then they either deny they said something or say YOU misunderstood them. Managers will not compromise and if you call beyond the locals you get someone reading off a cue card -- so sorry, etc., etc. I was shocked for such a big company. BEWARE I will be out as soon as possible!!!
