From the signup process and storage selection to the customer service and upkeep, this location is fantastic. When I was looking for a unit, I needed some place clean, maintained, affordable, and temp controlled for sensitive storage items. To top this off, this location is equipped with backup power and solar panels which means I feel comfortable even during the potential blackouts. I was extremely happy with the customer service from Pixie which was friendly and helpful; she went the extra mile for me. The facility was very clean and access before and after office hours was convenient with no glitches. Highly recommend the Gurnee location.

I have rented from Extra Space Storage @ 1170 North Skokie Hwy, Gurnee, 60031, and in downtown Chicago @ 901 West Adams, 60607. Bob and Marsi at the Gurnee location are very friendly and have kindly lent us a helping hand. They also made sure no one stole my expensive chairs when I had a shitty day and left them behind - appreciate it.
