I like the location of the Cedar Park Extra Space. The staff is responsive to any needs that arise. They have been proactive in notifying me of any irregularities with our unit. At one time the lock was not in the proper location, which meant our unit was not locked. they contacted me so i would know.

I was able to rent over the phone. I love their app for entry. This facility is so clean and feels safe. Move out was so easy and they helped me to ensure that I was out in time to avoid being charged an extra month!

Christopher is an awesome guy! He helped me and my mother find a great space to store my most prized possessions,, my bed and my clothes and shoes. And some other things.. it smells really good in there and it’s soo tidy clean and neat. I didn’t see ONE spider! Which meant a lot to me. I really enjoyed my experience Christopher smiled joked and laughed and made it very pleasant.

I finalized my reservation with Christopher at the Extra Space Storage facility yesterday. His customer service over the phone was excellent. I will be receiving the goods from my West Coast move to the Cedar Park facility next week. At that time, I would be happy to provide another review based on my experience. Thus far, I am impressed!

Seeing Christopher when renting a unit. I would put this guy in the top three of customer service at any place I have experienced in my entire life not only as helpful as he could possibly be but just makes you feel better about life a great experience overall
