I have been a customer for a few years and have had nothing but a great experience at the Whitestone location (even when it was during a not so great time for me). I would be remiss if I did not give major kudos to the store manager, Chris! Knowledge, professional, customer friendly... I cannot thank him enough for answering all of my (many) questions and guiding me in my decisions. I have had my fair share dealing with storage companies with not so great results. Chris has broken that stigma for me. Class personified.

Can not speak highly enough about Chris and his team at the Cedar Park/Whitestone location. We recently transitioned from our house in Georgia to full time RVers and centralized all of our storage in Texas. Chris helped us to virtually secure our storage unit to ensure we had a smooth move in and effortlessly moved us to a bigger unit when we realized the first was too small. I was able to rent over the phone. I love their app for entry. This facility is so clean and feels safe. Move out was so easy and they helped me to ensure that I was out in time to avoid being charged an extra month!

I recently moved back to Austin Area and rented the climate control storage in September 2021 and the rates were around $170.00 per month and just received December 2021 letter to notify me that rent will increase another 50.00...so I went to the office and spoke with the new manager (Christopher Dantzler) and could not assist me with the lower rates....so I ask him regarding senior citizens discount (so he took off 5% which is $15.00), I guess it's better than nothing. Moving and getting stuff to the storage can be stressful. Made an appointment with ExtraSpace, and by the time I parked my car, the store manager Christina was already standing outside welcoming me. Her friendly and genuine demeanor immediately lift my spirit. She remembered everything we had discussed on the phone the day prior and showed me the unit right away. Although we did not require a storage unit after clearing everything from our house that was sold, Jeremy was very helpful and professional in helping determine what we would need. Gave us the best price and an extremely less hassle than their competitor right up the road. Would recommend this storage facility for your storage needs.

I stored here for a year and a half. The staff is excellent and incredibly helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Definitely would return here if I have storage needs in the future.
