I have used my fair share of storage units but this place is mouse infested and disgusting. We had not visited our unit for about a month and a half. When we did, there was mouse feces and urine everywhere as well as most of our things were chewed on. It's disgusting. So disappointed. Maybe the enormous mouse trap right outside of my unit should have been a clue to stay away.

So, I have a several spaces there for well over a year now. The place has been in a downward spiral for about the last year. The elevator hasn't worked at times. There are now rats. And to top it off, it's a "climate controlled" facility, which over the last 5-6 weeks, the temperature has been steadily rising. CAUTION...Extra Space Storage will raise your rates based on occupancy, so if they get more clients, they will raise your rates every 6 months. Instead of taking care of their customers, they use them to make more money so they can offer lower rates for new customers. I can bet if they lost customers they would not lower the rates based on lower occupancy! Talk about Bait and Switch!
