Great service when it came to combining ti storage locations into one and applying to e associated credit. I also had to get a new pass I'd. All was easily handled over the phone.

Really impressive customer service. Our agent was so courteous and helpful, it was really a pleasure! The site was clean and everything was ready to go. All in all, check in took about 5 minutes and was a breeze. Unloading was super convenient too since there was a loading dock. Overall my experience was really very positive, I've rented units at many storage facilities and this was easily top 3.

Storage facility was just what we needed and super super clean. It served all our needs perfectly. Couldn't ask for anything more !
Current staff is great to work with. Had a unit for about a year until I moved into a bigger home and recently moved out. The only con is the rate; I paid $125 for a 5 x 5 unit. You can also be subject to price increases. That being said, the staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is also kept very clean.
