Wow if I could give a worse review I would. They are still ripping people who are incumbent customers off with massive and frequent price increases. Still they say you can talk with front desk and negotiate. Not true, we have tried and been told corporate will call us, they don't. The customer service is HORRIBLE beyond HORRIBLE. The manager Tanya Mejia has the most arrogant, negative and hostile attitude. She puts out nothing but negative energy as you can see she is a miserable person. I would highly recommend finding another storage facility.

Terrible customer service! Had a problem with the local facility and the manager was not helpful at all. Tried to contact the regional manager and did not even get a return call.
