I tried renting a storage space w/Public Storage. It was awful, no one answered their phone, online registration and payment did not work, they did not care…. Decided to go with Extra Space in Burke, VA. They were fantastic, exact opposite of Public Storage. Oliver was very professional and helpful. Online registration was fast and easy. Overall, Oliver, the asst manager, and Raul, the manager were very professional and helpful!

I've used the climate control units at this Extra Space Storage location for several years. This facility is easy to access and the grounds and interior of the building are very clean and have no odors in the building. I have never had any issues with accessing my storage unit or any damage to any of my stored items.
