I recently moved out of an Extra Space Storage unit on Fred's Oak Way in Burke, Virginia. We started renting in 2014 for the reasonable rate of $139 per month. By the time we recently moved (July 2022) to a less expensive storage facility, the cost had increased threefold (nearly 200 percent) to $400 per month.
