The owner of a storage unit passed away and I became responsible for its liquidation. Manager Raul was extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. He navigated me through the process of becoming the legal owner and assisted me in gaining access. Assistant Manager Rachel was also very kind and assisted me with gaining access to the dumpster. I really like these guys. I had used a public storage facility in the past, but I found their customer service to be severely lacking. Customer service with these guys, Extra Space Storage, is on point and is what you’d like to experience. The facilities are very clean and Rauol, the facility supervisor is really nice and good at what he does. Bravo y’all!
