The customer service with this company is good and the manager is fine. That's not the issue...They give you 1 month free, but you still pay a fee which is okay. BUT after 4 months they cranked up my rental fee. They didn't even have the decency to wait 6 months, and I have 2 units... That was painful... So I would recommend find a company that offers a contract not a raise your rate at will with this company!!!!!!
