Easy as could be. Everything was neat, clean and well organized. Extra attention was given to touring the facility due to my medical issues. Never any pressure from employee just the needed information and answers to our questions. The lady who helped us was polite, considerate and happy. Could not be happier with our choice.
After 2 months at this storage my experience have not been great I thought this storage was different I made sure I asked questions that I was going through with a previous storage and I was told they don’t do the same well I’m experiencing the same things now with this storage as the last I’m having a hard time with all these fees and my storage is up for auction.
