My renting experience has been a breeze. The store manger Ana is always so friendly and informative on any questions or concerns I have, excellent customer service! I also like the site is well maintained.
I have two storage units 350 miles apart. Customer service is great and people are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is great. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the price. Many, especially now, are on a budget. My storage unit close to home is more than twice the price it started at.
The store manager Ana Vasquez was very helpful when she was helping me and explaining everything to me also she is very polite not like others.
