This place has everything you need. Brand new facility, easy access. The staff is friendly & very helpful. Its very clean & affordable. I already recommended to friends & family. Great prices!
The property and staff were great. The unit and facility were clean and i think the unit may have even been a bit taller than average. My main gripe is with the pricing. It was fully disclosed that rates would adjust based on market capacity, though it's funny that they will only adjust upwards, never down. I find this kind of pricing and business model to be predatory. I acquired a drive up storage unit, To do just that drive up to it. I've had couple encounters of guys cursing and threatening me cause of where I park. They claim they know the owner and that's there parking lot. I can understand them knowing the owners and that they park their vehicles in this parking lot but that's no way to talk to paying customers. Don't fall for it. They offer you a price and then on the fourth month, they raised my bill by 40% !!! Not a year down the line during renewal, on the fourth bill. They want to have their cake and eat it too. Imagine your cable or phone company doing this. Now I have to find another place. I can't believe I didn't just go to A1 or Public Storage. When this location raises rates they really raise the rates. I got my rates increased within the first year but it was only mildly annoying since it was just $5. But this year my rates increased by 80%!!!! That's no typo, these jokers decided to nearly double my rate. I'm not even in the main building, I'm in a pop-up shed in the parking lot. Very, very poor space. I went three different times, during posted open office times only to find the office locked and no one on site. On two of those visits the gate was either open for an extended period of time, or people were trying to exit who did not have gate codes. This tells me that there is poor management and very poor security. I would not use this facility.
DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER RENT FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY OR ANY OF THE ONES OWNED BY THIS COMPANY!!!! It wasn't so bad when Theresa was there but now it is a nightmare! ANNA, the manager is the worst, most unhelpful, least knowledgeable b*tch ever employed by a storage company. She does not treat customers well unless they are new and just opening an account. the employees and their friends enter the units without permission and steal whatever they want. DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA STORAGE SPACE. My unit was robbed from an employee. The camera system only covers their elevators and entrance to the building protecting only their assets and not their clients. I called their headquarters because of the lack of customer service and got the same dismissive treatment.
DO NOT use the storage in Pacoima. I moved my stuff out in the middle of the month. They were supposed to give me a refund for 2 weeks - $70. The manager Teresa in Pacoima gave me a run-around for 4 months and never gave me the refund.
