DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA STORAGE SPACE. My unit was robbed from an employee. The camera system only covers their elevators and entrance to the building protecting only their assets and not their clients. I called their headquarters because of the lack of customer service and got the same dismissive treatment.
DO NOT use the storage in Pacoima. I moved my stuff out in the middle of the month. They were supposed to give me a refund for 2 weeks - $70. The manager Teresa in Pacoima gave me a run-around for 4 months and never gave me the refund.
