DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF NOW PEOPLE. This company is so greedy and constantly changes your rent every month. They will tell you that they give you 30 days notice before hand but that's a lie we were notified only 6 days before our payment is due! Our rent increased $100 in one month!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys need to reconsider how you do business you will be losing a lot of customers. I paid $272 to PODS storage and never once in the 2 years that I rented there did it ever increase. Never! DO NOT RENT HERE everything was going fine until they up my rent by $100 I went from paying $130 to $220. I got no notice or anything when I called the guy on the phone said they raised the rent because it's their busy season which makes no sense when I asked for a refund they said they can charge me $180 going on forward which still isn't any better from the $130 I was paying remind you I have a tiny unit never again

After having a poor customer service experience with the store manager about the red ants in my storage unit. I received a call from the district manager at first I was hopeful they would try attempt to make things right. Once she started to speak she was extremely rude and too the point. For example, what can I do for you? As if she had no idea why she was calling me. So these people are the most dirtiest racist people on site. First I work closely with the rehabilitation for the homeless in a fresh start program. When a client of mine needed a storage he called a reserved a unit. Later on when he went in and they looked at him and told him that the one he reserved was already rented out. 2nd. I went and did the same exact thing . called. Reserved and then went in to pay.all went well until my client was helping my moving guy and once they saw him they changed my gate code and denied acc... read more

Do not rent from this place it is rat infested all of your stuff will be ruined and you will be paying every month for rat crap with no reimbursement and their insurance does not cover it worst place ever I had to throw away everything in two storage units worst customer service
