They will tell you that they give you 30 days notice before hand but that's a lie we were notified only 6 days before our payment is due! Our rent increased $100 in one month!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE everything was going fine until they up my rent by $100 I went from paying $130 to $220. I got no notice or anything when I called the guy on the phone said they raised the rent because it's their busy season which makes no sense when I asked for a refund they said they can charge me $180 going on forward which still isn't any better from the $130 I was paying remind you I have a tiny unit never again

After having a poor customer service experience with the store manager about the red ants in my storage unit. I received a call from the district manager at first I was hopeful they would try attempt to make things right. Once she started to speak she was extremely rude and too the point. So these people are the most dirtiest racist people on site. First I work closely with the rehabilitation for the homeless in a fresh start program. When a client of mine needed a storage he called a reserved a unit. Later on when he went in and they looked at him and told him that the one he reserved was already rented out. 2nd. I went and did the same exact thing . called. Do not rent from this place it is rat infested all of your stuff will be ruined and you will be paying every month for rat crap with no reimbursement and their insurance does not cover it worst place ever I had to throw away everything in two storage units worst customer service
