I had a 10X10 storage unit that was full of items representing a range of difficult emotions for me that I housed for 6 years!!! During those years the staff here were wonderful although I rarely needed to speak with. Upon move out however, the manager, Galin, was incredibly helpful and sensitive to my emotional day. I would give it a 10 star if I could. I had a 5 X 10 at first then had to down size to a 5 X 5 due to personal issues. The staff was AWESOME in understanding and offered to help as some items were a bit heavy to move for me. I was late many times and they worked with me as I made payments under the wire so say. Upon me leaving the storage, they again were so helpful and understanding. I referred two others to this storage facility and they too are so impressed with the customer service they get. Storage places have the general stereotype of being shady places but I can tell you this business is not AND it is top notch! The people working here are professional and thorough with no fee add one at the last minute...I knew from the first time I called what to expect from a money standpoint. They even have a 14' moving truck you can use when renting a unit with them...such a helpful thing! The property is immaculate, the unit spotless. Security is of high importance to them. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF NOW PEOPLE. This company is so greedy and constantly changes your rent every month. They will tell you that they give you 30 days notice before hand but that's a lie we were notified only 6 days before our payment is due! Our rent increased $100 in one month!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys need to reconsider how you do business you will be losing a lot of customers. I paid $272 to PODS storage and never once in the 2 years that I rented there did it ever increase. Never! DO NOT RENT HERE everything was going fine until they up my rent by $100 I went from paying $130 to $220. I got no notice or anything when I called the guy on the phone said they raised the rent because it's their busy season which makes no sense when I asked for a refund they said they can charge me $180 going on forward which still isn't any better from the $130 I was paying remind you I have a tiny unit never again

After having a poor customer service experience with the store manager about the red ants in my storage unit. I received a call from the district manager at first I was hopeful they would try attempt to make things right. Once she started to speak she was extremely rude and too the point. For example, what can I do for you? As if she had no idea why she was calling me. So these people are the most dirtiest racist people on site. First I work closely with the rehabilitation for the homeless in a fresh start program. When a client of mine needed a storage he called a reserved a unit. Later on when he went in and they looked at him and told him that the one he reserved was already rented out. 2nd. I went and did the same exact thing . called. Do not rent from this place it is rat infested all of your stuff will be ruined and you will be paying every month for rat crap with no reimbursement and their insurance does not cover it worst place ever I had to throw away everything in two storage units worst customer service
