This was a great place, very nice people that run it. Always pulled the payments each month at the exact time that was agreed on (very much appreciate that) Always felt safe here. I definitely recommend this place to everybody. Thank you guys for everything you do. Rabah

Best prices in town and it's clean. Great management, very thorough . Prices on supplies there are very reasonable. Talk to Marc he's the manager. You won't be disappointed.

I reccomend this facility to everyone Mary & Galen are amazing and were extremely helpful. They took the time to make sure that I had everything I need and my things would actually fit in my unit. I'm going to keep it brief (the kids are calling). I guarantee you'll leave happy and come back to these two as well. Moving can be tough but they make it a breeze!

The folks here are great! Our U-Haul truck's battery died during move-out, and we didn't have jumper cables to start it. Luckily, the folks here lended us theirs. The caretaker was super nice and helped us jump the truck, which was actually a lot of work because the battery on the U-Haul is pretty hard to reach (it's under the cab) and the cables were just barely long enough. Without 20+ minutes of his assistance in high 90s heat, we would have been helpless. Thanks so much!

I had a 10X10 storage unit that was full of items representing a range of difficult emotions for me that I housed for 6 years!!! During those years the staff here were wonderful although I rarely needed to speak with. Upon move out however, the manager, Galin, was incredibly helpful and sensitive to my emotional day. Beyond my expectations.... For example, I left my key back in LA and did not realize this until I got to Tracey which made me lose an entire day of moving as it was a sunday and holiday-- no one was working to ... read more

I would give it a 10 star if I could. I had a 5 X 10 at first then had to down size to a 5 X 5 due to personal issues. The staff was AWESOME in understanding and offered to help as some items were a bit heavy to move for me. I was late many times and they worked with me as I made payments under the wire so say. Upon me leaving the storage, they again were so helpful and understanding. I referred two others to this storage facility and they too are so impressed with the customer service they get. Storage places have the general stereotype of being shady places but I can tell you this business is not AND it is top notch! The people working here are professional and thorough with no fee add one at the last minute...I knew from the first time I called what to expect from a money standpoint. They even have a 14' moving truck you can use when renting a unit with them...such a helpful thing! The property is immaculate, the unit spotless. Security is of high importance to them. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF NOW PEOPLE. This company is so greedy and constantly changes your rent every month. They will tell you that they give you 30 days notice before hand but that's a lie we were notified only 6 days before our payment is due! Our rent increased $100 in one month!!!!!!!!!!!!
