This place is a joke they told me they had the space I needed available I came down there and then the inside of the storage was a different measurement than what they were advertising. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and after I left they kept calling me to come and see other units that were larger. After I came back down there they told me it was the wrong location that had the unit I needed. Do not use Extra Space Storage! In 1 year they have raised our rates 3 times. First telling us there was an additional $10 per month in "insurance" due (that we weren't told about until we were there with our stuff) then they raised the rates with no notice and just a couple months later we received another notice that our rates are going up again (with less than 30 days notice) definitely unethical and seems like it should be illegal.
