This Location is in a great neighborhood, and very Clean!! The employees are so Very friendly, helpful, and carrying!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Tony who was Amazing !!!! So Helpful and understanding of my needs!! Please, if you need Extra Storage, this is where you need to go!!! My 3rd time using them, and they have not yet disappointed me!!! Mary
Carrie is awesome! She made me feel right at home, and was able to answer all my questions and helped me find the right space for all my stuff! The space is always clean and much nicer then other spaces in the area. I Would defiantly recommend this extra space!

This is the best, cleanest and nicest storage I've been to. The online deals are phenomenal and the store manager Lupe Solarte is awesome. She makes you feel welcomed and she feels like a great friend that you've known for years. I will always do business with this place and refer everyone I know.
Awesome and great customer service ,very clean facility. The units were very large?the service is excellent and it?s more than I expected. They are courteous, friendly and they provide you with a consultant who help you find what best suites your needs. She took her time to walk me around and show me the units, and help me make the right choice. It is a very clean facility, and even have a restroom on site that is just as clean."
Clark St. John and the rest of the crew here are great. I've had a storage need only twice in my life so far and after the 1st positive experience 10 years ago I came right back when the latest need arose. The staff is great, the building and units are clean and the carts make moving so much easier. Great set up, great value, great place to do business with.
I am more than impressed with Clark and his management of Extra Space Storage. We started with one unit with overflow when my fiance and I moved in together, got a second unit quickly thereafter and when purchasing a home had to move our whole place into storage while we tried to close. Clark was beyond helpful. Even sold us moving boxes. It's clean, easy in/out access and with a staff this helpful we couldn't be more pleased to recommend this storage facility. Thanks again Clark!
ITS A STORAGE PLACE! I mean nothing special, no bells and whistles. They don't help you with your stuff, they don't harass you about your stuff. Pretty much once you sign your contract and get your space, you hardly see the people working. They recently went under new management and changed their logo. They also changed their hours. I believe that at one time it was 24 hour access but now they've limited to only 10pm on weekdays, longer on weekends. Monthly online billing available. They hiked the rent of my storage by 40%! They claimed they sent me a notice via snail mail, but I never received anything. Every other correspondence from them has been via email except for the notice of a 40% rate increase. What a surprise. This seems to be their m.o. I should have believed the things I read about them on social media from people in the neighborhood that they were a ripoff. Their customer service is equally pathetic.
