I cannot overstate how terrible my experience here was. Over the course of a year, they raised the price twice - and by the end of the year, I was paying monthly fees that were more than double the agreed upon fee when I moved in. The fact that they could / would raise the prices this much was not made clear when I signed the initial agreement. If you're only going to use this facility for a month or two, I think you would be fine here. But any more than that and I would suggest finding a different storage facility. To g... read more

Do not rent from this company! After signing up for a "special deal" of $99 per month they raised the rent at my 5th month by over 100%! They lure you in with a great deal and raise the rent exorbitantly. I understand an increase is in my cards but other places have a max of 10-20% per increase. To top it off, upon backing out of the facility the garage door slammed down on the roof of my car and damaged my roof. I have tried to resolve this issue and have been getting the run around for weeks.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book this place. Went online and booked a unit for the next day. Was told a $65 a month rate with first month 1$. Had someone call me from the company and confirm the unit and those rates. Went in the next day for them to tell me I owed $157 and storage will be $99 a month because "those rates were offered for the day before" (even though I had called and booked for moving in the next day). They don't inform you of the lock you need to buy and insurance. Walked out and found a new company. Don'... read more

INACCURATE DESCRIPTION on the web is all I can say! Do yourself a favor and visit the facility in person before moving in. Disaster! I moved in two weeks ago,,, it's been such a stressful experience that it's hard for me to even describe! I needed a small unit, I arranged the boxes at home to make sure that everything will fit in. It turned out the unit that I booked was an upper unit, with a tiny door. I would HIGHLY caution anyone going here alone... as the other reviewer stated, there are homeless folks LIVING here. I ran into a deranged man coming out of the bathroom with a cut on his head talking to himself not once, but twice while there to get things out of my unit. He knew the code, let himself out, and came right back in about a half hour later. The funniest thing is, I ran into another customer there and we both saw the homeless man. All good until we noticed people living in the storage units. Multiple people, multiple units! We're paying almost $200 a month for "secure" storage. It's a joke.
