We have used other storage company's before but found Extra Space Storage on Collier Ave in Lake Elsinore to be the best. We had to close down a business and put lots of items in storage fast. The Extra Space Storage on Collier Ave had just we what we needed and for a good price. Glad we choose Extra Space storage. May be a little higher in price than others, but it is worth it. The extended hours are very helpful. Everything is clean and well kept. Stephen the manager is very nice, helpful and professional.

I'm moving to Perri's and need to store some extra items and contacted Extra space storage, I was very pleased with Steve at the front counter he was very helpful he have me a tour if the area and even gave me a internet special that I wasn't aware of, the facility is very clean, tons of security cameras well lit and the manger lives on site for added reassurance. I will definitely be using this storage company from now on! Daniel R

Just got done getting a new unit here. Stephen helped me and was so polite and efficient. I had a unit here before but lost my job and had to leave. I had a unit here for 6 years and loved it. They have great hours, the manager lives on the premises and security systems that make me feel comfortable storing my things here and accessing my unit alone. So naturally I had to come back when I started working again. And again I am welcomed by such caring and amazing staff. Thank you Stephen for your help.

Debbie was amazing. She took the initiative and moved me to a closer location. Unbeknownst to her, I would be in a hurry with my father and baby waiting in the car. She went swiftly through our contract at a speed that was more than appropriate. She was ready and knew her stuff. It was one of the best transactions I've had in a while.

Debbie assisted us with all our questions and contact of our new storage unit she was kind, friendly, very helpful, and professional, and has outstanding customer service! I am happy that my husband and I chose extra space storage. I love the security and late gate hours !

Just moved back to elsinore and needed to store some things since we were moving to a smaller space. As soon as I reserved online David called to confirm and the day I moved Maria also called to make sure we still needed the space. When we got there Maria was super helpful and showed us the space and explained the process. Super easy.

Just like the other reviews. Outstanding customer service! After I was short of fitting my stuff all in one unit, David came through and hooked me up with another unit and zipped through everything super fast. I have two units and service is great. Keep up the good work David!
