If you're looking for storage, look no more. Reach out & ask for Christina (on Collier). She is amazing!! She is kind, very friendly, & professional. She really cares for us, the customers. I've been storing here for four months & I came across an issue. I called Christina to express my concern & she was super helpful. She solved the problem & I am grateful. I am new to the Lake Elsinore area. This facility was wonderful. It was clean and very well maintained. Anytime I had a question or needed help, Christina was on point! I truly appreciate her and her excellent customer service. No regrets at all about my experience.

I used this facility for the month of July during a move. I want to say that Frida gives incredible customer service. She was on top of everything regarding contracts etc and completed everything online easily and at my convenience. The facility is very clean, easily accessible and in a great freeway close location.

I have been with Extra Space Storage for a couple of years now & this was the first time I've ever used a storage unit. My whole experience from opening an account to having to have my locks cut off cuz I lost my keys to moving out of the State if CA. I've had my mother's furniture at this storage facility for over 2 years. I never had a problem with rodents as mentioned by others. The unit next to mine leaked motor oil into my unit. Stephen was helpful in letting me know where to turn if any damage had occurred. I wish the rates didn't have to go up yearly... I have spoken to a few of the staff and they have been helpful. So the staff and manager are very polite and professional and the outside and hallways are kept up very nicely which is why I'm giving them three stars HOWEVER there is a serious rat problem....I've had my storage unit for about a year and I came to check on it one day and there was rat feces and urine all over very valuable items and other things that I've had.
