I honestly haven’t needed a storage unit in several Years however we had a loss to our home and was in desperate need of one. I reached out to Extra Space and there was one unit available. They shared it was easy accessible which was needed given we had so much furniture and had movers assisting and shared that they would grant me a month free. There were no hidden fees, the unit was the perfect size and the site manager Christina and the rest of her team were extremely professional kind and just overall on it. These last 2 years have been rough for our family so it feels so good to experience genuine and kind people. I didn’t feel like they were being sales people, didn’t feel pressured, they were just simply finding the best solution for our family needs. It may not be a big deal to some of you, however it was excellent for us. I also don’t write many reviews so when I do write one it’s because the service level was nothing short of excellent. Our family housed our items at the one in Lake Elsinore on Collier 🧡

My experience with extra space storage was phenomenal CHRISTINE the lady who oversees the place was amazing she accommodated me as much as she could she always return my phone calls she kept the place clean I’ve once asked for it to be exterminated no problem she’s been just amazing I would refer this particular extra space storage in Lake Elsinore on Collier to anybody thank you

Usually the staff is key to any successful business. This being a corporation, I Was reserved at first; however the staff here, and the policies, procedures, cleanliness and friendliness of everyone I interacted with, was top shelf! I would recommend extra space storage to anyone in need; however, they are so good at what they do, they were full! I got the last unit at this location. Don’t give up, people move out😋

Christine was so helpful and answered all my questions. She remembered that I needed additional storage space and called me right away when she had a space come available. This move has been a wild ride, there are very few storage spaces available; when you do find one the space is too small. Then to top it off you are limited on the trailer rentals; you can’t find a big enough trailer, the trailer can’t go one way, it needs to be returned to the sight where you rented it from. Christine knew the stress I was facing and that I personally couldn’t be there on move in day, so she went beyond her regular duties assisting my sister and movers, so everything went smoothly. We need more people like her when we are working with any type of service provider. Thank you Christine.
