The Manager, David was awesome to work with! He made my transition from my home to Extra Space Storage easy and hassle free. David is courteous, friendly, and professional. Great job David.
this place is great and the manager Dave goes above and beyond to take care of his tenants. you wont find better customer service anywhere. Dave and Debbie are awesome
Meh, prices just keep on going up, now it is too overpriced. I think I find another storage
O Stars... Rented storage unit for 2 years from this company (extra space storage) with family furniture and precious things. Paid a lot of Money/ our payments always on time... Went to retrieve our stuff... Everything destroyed by RATS!!! I do not recommend this place. S. Customer service rude and not helpful.. It really is upsetting. AND ..... what about the units that were around us ?????? I hope they warned them... there is an infestation .....

Update 8/20/2019 after over a month long struggle trying to get this issue resolved Helena 5star plus customer service was able to get this issue settled and even made me laugh a bit even tho deep down inside i was ferrous the should replace the manger with someone like her

I would go somewhere else to store your belongings unless your ok with rat piss and shit on all your items. After me and my fiancé having a storage unit for about 8 months we found a house and so went to go move out all our stuff. To realize it was all ruined by rat feces. We ended up throwing away all our furniture because it was so bad. So we were wasting money on storing away furniture just to throw it away because some how rats got into our unit. Super disappointing and disgusting.
The staff are very polite and helpful however the buildings have rats we had our storage for 7 months and as we emptied it out saw rat droppings everywhere, in all our things. Even worse as we got home we noticed fleas biting us and realized our things were infested with rat fleas in our brand new house with new carpet. What a disaster! We are getting rid of most of our stuff just to not deal with it and are now trying to get the fleas out of our home. It looks like a great place. When I came to check on it there were rat droppings everywhere inside and outside disgusting. They didn't even bother calling
